At Diboll Fitness, we’re proud to work with a talented team of certified instructors who bring energy, expertise, and encouragement to every class. Whether you’re here for Zumba, Pilates, Yoga, or HIIT, our instructors are passionate about helping you reach your goals in a fun and supportive setting.
Unlimited Classes. One Membership.
Your Diboll Fitness gym membership or class-only membership includes unlimited access to our standard group fitness classes. Members can attend as many classes as they like—no per-class fees required.
Some specialty classes may carry a small additional fee at the instructor’s discretion, such as advanced training workshops or limited-capacity formats. These classes will always be clearly marked on the class schedule.

Each instructor is an independent contractor certified in their area of expertise and committed to creating a positive class experience. We carefully select instructors who share our values of inclusivity, motivation, and community. Classes are open to members of all fitness levels—from beginners to advanced participants.
Why Group Fitness?
Group fitness provides structure, accountability, and the motivation that comes from shared energy. According to the American Council on Exercise, group classes can help improve mental health, build consistency, and support better results than solo workouts alone.

Are you a certified instructor looking to build a class following in East Texas? We’d love to connect. Instructors are independent contractors and keep 80% of class-specific fees (if charged). You choose your schedule, lead classes that match your passion, and work with a welcoming community of motivated members.
