Kristen Woodard

Kristen Woodard has worked in the fitness industry for 14 years and is certified in Yoga, Mat Pilates, NIA Dance, and somatic movement for trauma and stress relief.   She received her training in Austin, TX, where she taught yoga to soldiers with PTSD, family members of the armed forces, and those who struggle with autoimmune conditions and trauma-related illness.

Kristen specializes in Yoga for chronic stress relief, trauma recovery, autoimmune conditions, and prenatal and postnatal care for new and expecting moms. She also specializes in Mat Pilates for enhancing muscle strength, improving mobility, and promoting pelvic floor recovery.

Her certification in NIA Dance and somatic movement encompasses movement modalities that incorporate non-impact aerobic style dance for enhanced mood stability, nervous system regulation, and various other non-impact aerobic movements suitable for those seeking a gentler form of dance for cardio.

Kristen will be offering group classes and private sessions and looks forward to working with the Diboll Fitness Community!
