🌟 Meet Macy – Our Zumba & MixxedFit Instructor! 🌟

Macysteptoe BioIf you’ve ever stepped into a Zumba or MixxedFit class at Diboll Fitness, you know the energy and passion Macy brings to every workout. But what makes her classes so special is the personal journey that led her to teaching dance fitness in the first place.

Macy’s story began back in January 2017. Like many of us, she was hitting the gym daily, spending hours on the treadmill and lifting weights, but eventually, the routine left her burned out. Looking for something fresh and fun, she tried out dance fitness classes a few times a week, and everything changed. Not only was she enjoying her workouts again, but she was also seeing real results.

By fall 2017, Macy had dropped 40 pounds and felt so inspired by her progress that she got certified to teach Zumba. Shortly after, she added her MixxedFit certification as well. Since then, she’s been teaching dance fitness classes nonstop, using dance as her accountability tool and her outlet to relieve daily stress.

Fast forward to today: Macy is down 90 pounds and continues to use dance fitness weekly to stay strong, healthy, and motivated. Her classes aren’t just about burning calories, they’re about building confidence, finding joy in movement, and showing others that fitness can be fun.

Macy believes that if you show up, dance it out, and trust the process, you can write your own success story, too. 💃✨
