By purchasing this class, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Class Access
Your purchase grants access to one (1) group fitness class on the date listed above. This purchase is valid only for the selected class and is non-transferable.

2. Non-Refundable Purchase
All single class purchases are non-refundable, except in the event that Diboll Fitness or the instructor cancels the class. If a cancellation occurs, you may request a refund or a credit toward a future class.

3. Arrival & Attendance
Participants are expected to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the scheduled class time. Late arrivals may not be admitted and no-shows will not receive a refund or credit.

4. Class Conduct
All participants must adhere to the following during their visit:

Follow all posted gym rules and instructor guidance

Use equipment properly and return it after use

Maintain good hygiene and sanitize equipment after use

Wear appropriate clothing and footwear

Be respectful of instructors and other participants

Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the class without refund.

5. Health, Liability Waiver & Hold Harmless Agreement
By participating in this class, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You are in good physical condition and do not have any medical or physical limitations that would prevent safe participation.

You understand that fitness activities involve inherent risks of injury, illness, or other physical harm.

You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injury, accident, illness, or loss that may occur during your participation.

You hereby waive, release, and discharge Diboll Fitness, its owners, instructors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, or demands for damages resulting from participation in the class.
You further agree to hold harmless and indemnify Diboll Fitness from any and all legal claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses, including attorney fees, arising out of or related to your participation — whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

6. Age Requirements
Participants must be at least 16 years old.

Ages 16–17 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the class.

Ages 18 and over may participate independently.

7. Instructor Substitution
Diboll Fitness reserves the right to substitute instructors or adjust class content if necessary. These changes will be communicated when possible but do not warrant a refund.

8. Media Release
Class sessions may be photographed or recorded for promotional use. If you prefer not to appear in any photos or videos, please inform the instructor before class begins.

9. Contact and Communication
