This SMS Messaging Policy explains how Diboll Fitness communicates with its members via text message. By opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to the terms outlined below, which are designed to comply with CTIA messaging guidelines and FCC TCPA regulations.

    1. Message Purpose and Use
      We use SMS messaging for the following approved purposes:
      • Membership confirmations and account notifications
      • Door code access and mobile app links
      • Class updates, schedule changes, or cancellations
      • Reminders for free trial expiration, renewal, or policy changes

      We do not use messaging for irrelevant marketing, third-party solicitations, or automated spam.

    2. Consent and Opt-In
      You must explicitly opt in to receive messages from Diboll Fitness. Consent can be granted during:
      • Online membership sign-up
      • Guest trial registration
      • Requesting access via mobile app or website form

      You may not receive messages unless you have agreed to accept them as part of a confirmed registration or opt-in process.

    3. Opt-Out and Help
      You may opt out of messages at any time by replying:
      • STOP – to unsubscribe from further messages
      • HELP – to receive contact details or support options

      We honor all opt-out requests immediately, and your number will be removed from future messages except for legally required communications.

    4. Message Frequency
      Message frequency varies based on your engagement and membership activity. However, you can expect:
      • 1–3 onboarding or welcome messages
      • Occasional updates or limited-time offers (2–4 per month maximum)
      • Time-sensitive alerts when relevant (e.g., door code change or facility closure)
    5. Data Privacy
      Your phone number and personal data are never sold or shared with third parties outside of Diboll Fitness and our trusted messaging provider. All messaging is sent by our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
    6. Carrier Disclaimer
      Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Standard message and data rates may apply based on your wireless plan.
